We apologize for the late notice of this important maintenance window. The outage is to apply important upgrades to the Banner system. The upgrades have been tested by USG and released to the campuses for implementation by Georgia Best the USG advisory group at the USG ITS office. Our campus functional users have tested the upgrades and patches. -- no longer require an application/survey to obtain financial aid for the summer semester. The Financial Aid Office will automatically evaluate students’ eligibility that enroll for federal and state programs beginning approximately a week after registration for summer semester starts. Notification of eligibility will be sent to students’ GC Bobcat email accounts. Visit our website for more information regarding summer aid. -- MAKE SURE YOU’RE READY FOR REGISTRATION!!! IT’S AS EASY AS 1, 2, 3!!! 1. Log into Unify. 2. Click on PAWS. 3. If you have a problem or can’t get into PAWS, contact Serve at 7378. -- On-line registration available from 7:00 AM - 12 Midnight. -- All Summer 2019 sessions must be paid all at once by the first day of the first session attending. Summer session charges are combined and not billed separately for each term. The academic calendar for Summer can be viewed at Summer Academic Calendar . -- Payment for Spring 2020 was due no later than Thursday, January 2, 2020 by 5:00 p.m. Students who have not paid their bill in full by this date and have not completed the financial aid application process, will not have their courses dropped, but will incur a $75.00 late fee.
